Dear fellows and friends,

On Sunday 2 December we meet at 14:30 at the Dusseldorf Christmas market and then go to the Schauspielhaus theatre at 16:00 (Gustaf-Gruendgens-Platz 1, Metro station Schadowstraße).

There will be running The Threepenny Opera from Bertold Brecht, a classical play on German speaking stages since 1928, featuring everything that brightens up and wakens up during these dark days before Chrismas, like snappy songs, lowlife characters, jokes, fun and scariness…

The theatre will be in German language. If you don’t speak German, it might be too long to watch a whole piece in German, but you can also join us during the Christmas market without visiting the theatre. We will let you know, where we are going to meet soon.

If you would like to join us, please let us know by mail to fk-duesseldorf@daad-alumni.de, indicating your name, surname and phone number. Please let us know if you have got a student ID and an age under 30 (in this case it is a reduced ticket). There are limited tickets. We will then let you know, if we managed to reserve a ticket for you.
