The next “Heidelberg Talks Online” meeting takes place on Friday, May 14, 7 – max. 9 PM CET (Amsterdam, Berlin, Rome, Stockholm, Vienna).

The topic will be “Nepal – architecture, culture and impacts of COVID-19 in Kathmandu valley ”.

The speaker will be DAAD alumnus Rupesh Shrestha. He holds a Master of Science degree in Natural Resources Management and Development from the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne/Germany, has worked as an architect in post-earthquake reconstruction projects in Nepal and served as the secretary of the Nepal German Academic Association (NEGAAS). He is also a DAAD Young Ambassador and currently an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern (TUK), Department of Civil Engineering.
