The Regional Group Munich travels to nearby Erding for a guided tour of the Erdinger brewery.

Erdinger Weissbier is a privately owned company (founded in 1866) with world-wide distribution. Their beer is brewed according to traditional recipes, using state-of-the-art technology. Wheat beer is one of the staples of Bavarian culture.

After an introductory movie in German we will have a guided tour in English, covering all aspects from raw materials to distribution, which takes about 1.5 hours. Then we can taste some of the various types of beer, and enjoy some sausages (Weisswurst) and pretzels, included in the ticket price of 6.50 euros.
