In 2018  LBT – Leo Betzl, piano, Maximilian Hirning, bass, und Sebastian Wolfgruber, drums, won the coveted international BMW Jazz Award for their unique mix of techno-inflected modern jazz on acoustic instruments.

The RG München gets to hear the band at Radio Bavaria’s Studio 2 as part of its regular jazz series.
