Psychology of the Last Generation – With peaceful civil resistance against the climate catastrophe

The speaker is Jana Mestmäcker, psychologist (M. Sc.) and activist of the climate protection alliance “Last Generation”. After a year abroad in Buenos Aires she studied psychology at the universities of Hamburg, Lübeck and Örebro (Sweden). In 2017 she finished her studies with a Psychology master degree. Afterwards, Ms. Mestmäcker gained professional experience in a specialized psychological publishing house before working as a Psychology lecturer in Göttingen. Last year she gave up this work to devote all her energy to the goals of the “Last Generation”.
