The next “Heidelberg Talks Online” meeting (in German!) takes place on Friday, April 26, 2024, 7 pm – 8.30 pm CEST. The topic will be:


A desire for performance – how we relearn to love work


The speaker is Dr. Ingo Hamm, Professor of Business Psychology at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. After completing his studies and PhD at the University of Mannheim, he founded a market and trend research institute before joining McKinsey as a consultant, where he subsequently worked on the corporate side in the area of human resources and communication. He then followed his passion for applied research and still advises people and organizations on the challenges of the new world of work. With a PhD in economics and a degree in psychology, Ingo Hamm is the author of successful non-fiction books such as “Sinnlos glücklich” and “Wettbewerbsfaktor Mensch”. He heads the Darmstadt Institute for Business Psychology.
