Rhine-Neckar, 29. June 2024 to 30. June 2024 10:00 to 0:00
Heidelberg Talks Online (HTO) cordially invites you to attend a 1,5-day workshop on Saturday, June 29, 10 am – 5 pm CEST (GMT/UTC +2), and Sunday, June 30, 10 am – 1 pm CEST. The topic will be:
Inner Development Goals: from inner growth to outer change?
The facilitator will be DAAD alumna Nafisa Mirzojamshedzoda from Tajikistan, a PhD candidate at Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development (Germany) and the University of Fribourg (Switzerland). She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Political Science and International Development Studies from universities in Germany (Heidelberg, Marburg) and South Korea (Seoul) and is currently finishing her training as a facilitator for global citizenship education within the German UNESCO Commission’s kulturweit program. Her workshop is inspired by the question of how the innovative approach of Inner Development Goals (IDGs) can cause people to take (more) action on global challenges. This shall be discussed with international participants, each with a unique perspective on sustainability and climate change. In interactive sessions, we will dive into the concept of sustainability as we explore our transformative skills to foster inner growth and outer change.
