At Gärtnerplatztheater (reopened in October 2017 after a long period of renovations) the Regional Group Munich will enjoy the new staging of the operetta “The Merry Widow” (in German language) – the most successful work of Franz Léhar.  With its world permiere in 1905 the era of the “silver operetta” reached its peak.
