The Regional Group Munich visits Wildpark Poing, where a wide variety of wild animals can be observed in their natural surroundings from 4 km of trail through forest and meadows. Deer, sheep, goats or ponies – many animals roam freely and can be petted or even fed. We walk past bears, wolves, lynxes, ponds, fish tanks, wet biotopes and bird aviaries. The designs of individual enclosures and aviaries are modeled on natural habitats. There are several great playgrounds, and places to buy food and beverages. Great fun for kids and families, who are explicitly encouraged to join, but also for anybody who is interested in animals! Suitable for strollers.
