Our regional group connects DAAD alumni and international students, offering a space for networking, cultural exchange, and community-building. Leipzig is known for its vibrant arts scene, historic sites, and dynamic student life. From the world-famous St. Thomas Church, where Johann Sebastian Bach once worked, to the innovative cultural projects that shape the city’s present, Leipzig offers a perfect blend of past and future. As part of the DAAD-Freundeskreis Leipzig, we aim to foster connections between former DAAD scholars, current students, and local institutions.
